I have to say Judy is the biggest inspiration in my life. I have had the wonderful amazing expereince to drum with Judy, also I had the best offer in my life when Judy offered me a course to become a drum facilitator just like her!! I was one of those kids who needed to expereiment and learn the hard way of things, I had fallen into the drugs in my younger teen days and lived on the streets for several years. When I finally got (almost) back on my feet, my aunt had put me back into school, where i met Judy, as she took a visit to my school with her vehicle FULL of all sorts of drums. When I first heard that there were drums coming to the school I was like most students.. "uhh i dont want to do that someone might hear me.. i have no sense of rhythm" That was NOT the case when I walked into the room at all.. I walked in and something came across me and I walked directly to the biggest loudest drum in the room.. I will keep this short as I could go on for hours about drumming!!! however thanks to Judy Atkinson I will be moving to Costa Rica to pass on my expereinces and my positive energy...
